Today, the legendary singer, songwriter, and actress Jill Scott turns 50!
“Jilly from Philly” – as she is affectionately called – burst on the scene in 2000 with her debut album Who Is Jill Scott?: Words and Sounds Vol. 1. The album included the singles “A Long Walk,” “He Loves Me (Lyzel in E Flat),” and “The Way.”
