Court Orders DC Sniper Lee Boyd Malvo To Be Resentenced

A Maryland appeals court has ruled that Lee Boyd Malvo, who was convicted as a minor in the series of sniper attacks that left 10 people dead and three injured, must be resentenced, according to CNN.

Malvo was 17 years old when he and John Allen Muhammad went on a three-week shooting spree in the Washington D.C, Maryland and Virginia Beltway
